"The technicians arrived on time, were very professional, and cleaned and vacuumed all the vents and ducts in my house.  Unfortunately they found mold in my furnace, which is surely traveling through my house, so I need to schedule an appointment for mold abatement.  Owen gave me an estimate to have that done, and will apply the amount that I spent on the Big Deal to that work.  I was very pleased with their service."

"Terrific--did excellent work, promptly, politely, and neatly. Came back when I asked them to for a second de-molding hit on one area of house, loaned an air cleaner when we requested. They really did care about doing a fine job. Only problem is mold abatement is a very tough job, and I do smell a little mold still., and last time in the house I got a horrible headache. I'm waiting to see if dumping a mattress and a piece of furniture helps before I ask if we should try again on the house itself--really, though, I don't think so. It's likely the stuff inside the house rather than the house itself. PS Added some months later: Mold all gone!"
