"Today I had Paul and Josh returned to my property because of a sewer back up. I previously had Rich and Paul show up before for the same problem. Today, Paul and Josh arrived very timely. They both work diligently to assess the blockage and clear it. It went further out than was expected. I can honestly say Josh and Paul worked very well together and we’re so into completing this mess. I sat there with them the whole time and they were so determined it was amazing to watch. I would definitely give this company a five star rating no problem. The job was more complex but they both remained calm and very confident and they were not leaving till that camera showed a clear passage. In a time where I was concerned because I had tenants, had to shut the water off they worked tirelessly to clear. Rich another technician was there previously and I was very pleased with him. The problem as I said was more complex I will say they explained everything to me. I know a lot about the drain system."
