"We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Our pool guy repaired the multiport valve system with real expertise, but what truly sets him apart is his integrity. He’s the kind of professional who fixes what needs fixing without trying to break the bank and that’s rare these days. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative—explaining what was wrong, what he was doing with pictures before & after, and what to expect moving forward. You never feel left in the dark with him. Just an amazing guy who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!"

"APS (Kirk) has provided pool opening/closing and equipment maintenance services for us for several years. Always prompt, efficient, friendly. We recommend them and will continue to use them."

"Service technician was prompt and courteous and fixes the unit in less than 30 minutes. He also explained how I could fix it in the future."

"It went well. I am now able to get ice. I answered yes to was money paid or were services performed. The answer isYES the services were performed but NO to money paid."

"I had a laundry-list of small jobs I had been postponing. TrueTech came out to go over them, advised me about replacing an old wired-in smoke alarm system, updating GFI outlets in bathrooms, replacing kitchen light fixtures, other minor items. I appreciated the advice, the option to purchase fixtures myself (which I did), and the solutions they offered. They were prompt and courteous, came as scheduled and were careful to make sure they were doing the work to my satisfaction. I've also used their plumbing service in the past. They have a very good Service Plan which I've enrolled in, for plumbing, A/C, and electrical service for a reasonable monthly fee, and that is giving me some peace of mind about this whole area of maintenance. Good communication from the home base as well. I will definitely go back to this company.

"The new fixture was installed fine. The problem with our ceiling light was identified, but could not be repaired that day. I didn't feel I received $200 worth of electrical services.
We also paid $99 for a complete evaluation of the electric wiring throughout the house. The evaluation performed was comprehensive and explained thoroughly, but the estimate for the repairs were very high.

"Matt's assistance with my pool was outstanding. He helped me get it from green to clear in a few weeks and helped me understand my system and how to test and apply chemicals in a very easy-to-understand way. I would trust his expertise again in the future and recommend him to others."
