I also found out that they have a contractual relationship with Costco. So as a Costco member, I got good discounts and the assurance that they stood behind the work of Acosta. The day of the install they had 2 crews present. There was an initial mix up about equipment, but they were prepared to give me an even better deal if they could not sort out the problem. Turned out to be a non-issue after all. It was a long hot day (August), but they got the work done in the one day. Finally, they handled my Duke and Piedmont rebates directly and set up my inspection with a set day and small time window. I couldn't be happier."
