"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"Josh was excellent in communicating every step of the way. He was always keeping me up to date on the status of the job and what he was planning to do next. He was punctual and kept to his promises which I greatly appreciated. We encountered some delays with rain causing standing water in areas of the crawlspace, but Josh was great at keeping a check on things and kept me up to date on when he expected they would be able to complete the job. He stuck to the plan drawn out by our structural engineer and completed everything we asked him to do. I would definitely recommend Saber Concrete and Foundation!

"Doug did a little bit of everything in the concrete and mason services for us.  He poured, repaired and built new.  Everything was done with high professionalism and quality.  The biggest project was our patio steps which were dangerous and out dated.  He cut out a new line in the raised patio and built new brick steps to better fit the flow of the back yard.  The new steps look great and are much safer.  He had to remove a lot of concrete and dirt and then rebuild so this was a big project.  His team works hard and are very professional.  I would use Doug again!

"Travis saved us a ton of money by giving us a straight answer on repairing the existing garage foundation versus tearing down and starting over with our detached garage. He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. "The work they did was very good. However, they definitely need to work on communication and keeping the customer informed of what's going on, that part I was not too satisfied with. When they scheduled the work with me after we hired them, they told me what day they'd be coming out and asked if I'd be home. I said yes, I will. I made sure to be home that day, but they never showed up, costing me time off work, and never called me to let me know they weren't coming. At least keep me in the loop. The project rep's response to my complaint was, "You didn't need to be home anyway." Well, would've been nice to be told that upfront. There was also no follow-up when they finished - no phone call or email to ask if we had any questions or concerns, as this was a pretty major project done to our house. To me, that's important professionalism. As a customer, you want to feel valued. All we received was an email with the final invoice."

"Everyone we dealt with from Cantey Foundation Specialists were very professional, timely, and caring throughout the entire process from job estimate to the actual work done. While the work done did not bring all areas back completely to their original states, with the exception of one area, they were all pretty close. Realistically, It's very difficult to fix in two days what has taken place over a period of years. I am very satisfied with the job done. Grayson (job estimator) and Estevan (crew leader) were very helpful and great to work with through the entire process."
