They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. He did suggest that if there was an ongoing problem to call him back, considering the way the pipes were configured. A few days later, we had a similar issue, and Bill worked to get his team back to my location, and within a few hours, the pipes were reconfigured, the drain was snaked to the street, and the water was draining faster than it ever had!
