Darin met with us promptly and we had a very interactive conversation about what we wanted, with Darin making lots of suggestions about options we could include in the refacing, like some additional cabinet work to enhance what was there, rollouts, etc. He showed us our options in refacing. It was easy to get excited about all the things we could do.

Darin also provided us with a bid that was quite a bit lower than the one we accepted. I know from his reviews on Angie's List that Darin does fine work; we just chose to go with another company for a number of reasons, none of them Darin's fault -- though it might have helped some if we'd had his bid sooner than 7-8 days after his visit, as our other bidders all responded sooner after their visits. I'm sure we could have prodded him to be a little quicker, but our experience in hiring contractors in this post-housing-bubble economy is that many of them still are not very busy. We, however, do find it difficult to find the time to do such close tracking.

"Entire process went well.  Each and every time I communicated with Paramount, I got a quick and professional response.  They were able to answer questions regarding how to deal with my bar height overhang and creatively able to utilize invisible bracket supports to prevent the need for some type of external bracket or corbel support.
The price was competitive and the bid very detailed so I was able to make sure I was comparing apples to apples.  I especially appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to figure out how to eliminate two seams on the island countertops without an extra charge required.
Once we decided to go with Paramount, they directed me to a couple of granite wholesalers to choose the slabs, once the slabs were at Paramount, I stopped out to discuss the layout with them.   Bryan did the measuring, on a Monday and a week and a half later on a Wed. the countertops were installed.  Entire process less than two weeks.
Lisa's communication through the entire process was professional and always very timely.  
Installation went as planned with the install crew dealing with the invisible brackets with some creative problem solving.  Entire install took 4 hours for all 7 pieces.  Looks great and they look beautiful!  Would highly recommend to friends and family and would use them for future projects.

"Patera's Cleaning Service has been cleaning our home monthly for a year and a half, and Natallie herself has been cleaning for us for the past 10 months.  I have been extremely happy with the quality of her work.  She is very thorough and detail-oriented.  She notices areas that can use some extra attention and addresses them as time permits.  She does an amazing job on our glass shower.  It took me a long time to decide to hire someone to clean my home because I have pretty high standards, but Natallie exceeds them.  The other cleaners that occasionally come to help are very thorough as well.  Natallie is also great with communication, she is friendly and takes the initiative to contact me every month to schedule my cleaning at our mutual convenience.  I highly recommend Patera's Cleaning Service!

He was very knowledgeable and spent as much time with us as we needed to understand the process, all the costs involved, and our legal rights. He was considerate of our finances and gave us a clear estimate that we were happy with and approved. He listened to any concerns we had and considered them carefully. We were very pleased with the consultation process. He has already placed orders for the materials needed for the project and we will add another review once the work has been completed....9/27/24 The work has been completed now and we are thrilled with the results. Andre was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive throughout the project, clearly laid out the costs for us, was flexible when we wanted to make changes such as choosing a different backsplash design than we originally picked. He also installed a new kitchen sink/water filter as part of the project and went to a lot of trouble to make sure it was set up correctly and working smoothly. "Sam did an excellent job repairing our siding.  Since the manufacturer no longer manufactured the exact style, Sam suggested that he could take some existing pieces from the side of the house that had a lot shrub coverage for the repair and replace with a close match.  The replaced pieces are hardly noticeable and hidden by the shrubs. 

His painter also did a great job.  Both gentlemen are friendly and easy to work which is a huge plus from my wife's perspective."

"All old carpet and pad was removed and disposed of the same day of install. They vacuumed little scraps of old materials and then installed the new carpet in the great room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairway and closets. I'm sure I paid a little extra to have the furniture moved  to other areas of the house while the work was being done, but it was well worth it. The laminate looks great and was installed quickly with little mess.
  All in all I think I got a great deal on my home renovation. It was a fair price and quality work. I would recommend this company
to my friends and would not hesitate to call on them again in the future.
