Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"It couldn't have gone better! I put in a quote request yesterday, and received a call within 20 minutes from Doug at A Action Appliance. He listened while I explained the problem with my washing machine, and put my mind at ease saying it probably wasn't anything too serious, and it would probably be worth it to get it fixed. We made an appointment for this morning (the next day) between 8:00 and 12:00. A little later I got an email to confirm the appointment, and another one so that I could track my service professional to see how many more customers he had to get to before he got to me. I didn't end up using that as he called at 8:00 and said he was on his way. When Paul showed up he was very courteous even offering to put on shoe coverings to enter. I showed him where the washing machine was and he went to work. He told me it was a bad lid switch and let me know the price to replace it. I agreed to the price. He was done within a 1/2 hour and asked me if there was anything else he could help with. I did have him price 2 other jobs, I decided against it today, but if I do decide to do the projects, I will definitely go with A Action Appliance. They do a great job, they are friendly and courteous and keep you informed every step of the way. Thank you."

"Over the past 16 months Ryan and Jeremy have had them installed new wall ovens, transformed a built in ironing board cabinet to shelving, install shower grab bars, and removed/replaced a deteriorating entryway porch ceiling and its light fixture. "Took a while to schedule the work due to the staff being in the hospital, but that wasn't a big deal.  Mike was a good guy, easy to talk to, and knew his stuff.  I inspected the work yesterday - mostly he went around, replaced a few shingles, and nailed down/caulked each nail pop, added a few more nails, and applied sealant around the cracked chimney flashing.  He replaced a missing gutter section as well.  He said he trimmed some overlapping shingles, and I saw evidence where he did (cut pieces), but unfortunately it was not in the area that really needed it.  Overall, I could have done most of this myself, but didn't have the know-how to determine what to do where.  I'll get a few more years out of this roof.  Still need to wait for next rainstorm to determine if the 2 interior leaks I had have been fixed.



***Quick update - a week later, I got a flat tire.  It was from a brand new roofing nail.  After looking in my driveway, I found another one.  Really hope next time he checks where his nails fall!!!  Would downgrade to a B- if I could..."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
