"Mark came out same day to provide a quote! He rate was more than fair! Completed 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very close match to exisiting flooring! Install was scheduled. There was a delay in materials which changed our install date. But we worked it out and I could not be happier. The flooring came out amazing and I would definitely hire them again!"

"Excellent!! Javier and his co-workers did a fantastic job. Javier worked with me to order the exact amount of material from a vendor out of state. We could not find the type of wood I wanted here. They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."

"I had a difficult job for Pacific Hardwood Floors. I have Brazilian Tigerwood Engineered Hardware Floors that had raised/curled. Homeowners Insurance would not cover the damage and said the floors could not be fixed (needed replacement). I called Pacific based on prior customer reviews/ratings. They did an amazing job. They were able to change out the damaged wood (10% of the total floor space), insert the new wood and make it look seamless. The installer (Less) was a master with over 20 years experience. I cannot express my gratitude for the job he did."

"Was a bit pricy, although he did lower it . I was happy they finished in one long day, instead of two like he said. They were good at keeping the door closed so my kitten wouldnâ t escape. The door to the bathroom would not close (they put vinyl new flooring) They came out on a holiday to fix the door. I would recommend this co; they cleaned up, and moved heavy furniture, and have excellent customer service."

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"My husband and I hired Drew to install bamboo flooring, wood stairs, and baseboards in our townhome in San Diego. Drew did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the final product. He clearly communicated with us when some aspects of the job ended up being more complex than initially expected. For example, our subfloor was extremely uneven and required a lot of work to level and it was also made of a material specific to townhomes, but Drew explained the situation and importance of prepping the floor appropriately, recommended a leveling product and executed the leveling very well. Additionally, the stair pieces that we ordered had a sheen that didn’t match the rest of the floor we ordered (note, we ordered the flooring on our own, not through Drew) so he sanded and recoated the stairs to match the rest of the flooring. Overall, I appreciated Drew’s attention to every detail of our project. He is precise, and even in closets and hidden areas his cuts were perfect. I would consider Drew a true craftsman and would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again."
