His designer, Dave, drew up our vision and made a clear 3-d design so we could see how things would look before renovating. Mark has a true talent and true craftsmanship. During the project, addressed discovered issues promptly and without unnecessary delay. I knew the job was getting done right the first time! Took care of everything from aesthetics of matching fence around my AC to grading gravel underneath for moisture protection. Had the answers to questions I didn’t know to ask. Job site was kept clean daily and minimal footprint. When they left, all I have to show for it is a beautiful new deck. Professionalism and Communication top notch throughout the entire process. "Terrible... the quality of the sod was poor overall, the communication was poor, the service was poor. We called multiple times and the supervisor did not return phone calls. We had 10 pallets delivered and only 1 1/2 were good. We were told it needed to be watered for two weeks, and then it would be green. It has only partially come in. We asked for some of the sod to be replaced and were told they would do that and they never came out to do so and never called. The office staff and installers were very good and efficient. Would not recommend this company and are disappointed in Angie's List for recommending them."
