"The repairman was nice and explained what could happen if the pipes had to be taken apart. However he did a simple snake in the sink drain which took a very short time. I thought the $350 price he quoted me was IF the pipes had to be taken apart which they did not. So I had to pay $350 less a $40 coupon from Angie's List. Roto-Rooter local manager did call when I complained about the price and offered a $35 credit which of course, I never received. There is a six month warrenty on the work but $350 is still a very high "flat" rate for a simple drain snake."

"I have used Worley for a variety of projects with excellent results, but I particularly want to shine a light on the most recent toilet installation. Many years ago, another plumbing company told us that there was a problem pipe in a walls that clogged when we used the two fixtures upstairs for #2. To fix them would have cost us as much as $15000 between the actual repair and putting in new drywall and wallpaper.
