"I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. After install of these replacements in January 2024, additional 7 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in April 2024. At install of these latest replacements, 5 more had noted manufacturing defects requirement replacement (which has not yet happened) - June 2024 during rainstorm noted two of the window sets had significant water leaks. Company was advised with documentation on 6.4.2024; as of today 6.8.2024 company has yet to acknowledge my request for refund so I can re-replace the windows with a different company. Additionally several of the caulk lines were obviously done by a new employee, as I had to have the contractor installing new siding re-do those lines."

Dedicated spray equipment created smooth application of knock down texture. Ceilings Looks great. No damage. No surprises. Priced right, but they weren't the cheapest option. On time. No excuses. They protected my property and cleaned up after themselves. As a property manager, I will definitely use Scott's again."

He happened to have some open time that very afternoon and he gave me a general quote range based on a few "what if's" as I had a multi-job issue with my plumbing needs. I think the total job was a bit more inclusive than Todd might have anticipated but he got right in there and completed the job quickly (especially considering some of the twists we encountered). Todd is a very experienced plumber who worked ho*** ** my job and he is also very cordial and easy to communicate with. "First, Schaal really needs to add "plumbing" to their catchy commercial jingle because whenever I'd tell someone who I'd called to come and fix my leaky toilet they'd say "They do plumbing too?" Yes, they do. Second, I have to mention Deb, who answered the phone when I called to schedule my appointment, has to be one of the best customer-service people I've dealt with. She was extremely friendly and helpful, so compliments to her.    The reason for my call was a toilet leaking into my basement when flushed. Also had the valve replaced as it sprayed water when flushed. Plumber arrived on time (a bit early even), explained what was possible that he might uncover (my house was built in 1940 so I knew other problems could be uncovered) and got the work completed in under an hour. Luckily he didn't uncover anything more than the basics - wax ring replacement, flapper/valve replacement. The price for the work done seemed reasonable I suppose, but that's one of those things I'm never sure of. When your toilet is leaking into your basement you don't want to get a bunch of estimates, you just want it fixed so you get the first people available out. Overall completely satisfied with the work and would certainly use Schaal again in the future."
