"Great! During this COVID-19 pandemic, I felt respected and safe during this annual A/C inspection. I was able to arrange with the tech assistant for him to work totally OUTSIDE of my house. He worked on the compressors outside, while I turned on the AC units inside, following his instructions and communicating with him by mobile phone. Also, I cleaned/vacuumed all filters inside by myself, and showed him through a (closed) window in my house how clean they were! He approved them and said I'd done a great job. We did a great job together, and I can't thank Chris enough for his professionalism and safety measures. He even word gloves and mask outside. I pray daily for these brave folks on the front lines as essential workers. My gratitude cannot be adequately expressed. Deb"

"I've been using Sila since 2012 when they installed a new high efficiency HVAC system for me. They were great then and have been great ever since. I keep renewing my annual service contract because they take good care of me. Apparently I had forgotten to call and schedule the furnace service at the beginning of the heating season this year. They called me to remind me...good customer service. Once I scheduled, Ivan Camacho came out today to perform the service. He explained everything was neat and clean and was even nice and patient with my loud and annoying dog who would not stop barking. I will Keep using Sila and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. In fact, a friend in Scarsdale was having a problem with their HVAC that was installed by someone else. They had several vendors in to provide quotes. Sila was the only vendor who was honest and told them to do the job properly they would likely need to open some walls to access the duct work. Unfortunately my friend was looking for a quick/easy fix and didn't want to open walls. They didn't hire Sila but should have as they continue to have problems and now have space heaters and window AC units throughout the house. Don't know who my friend hired but clearly the problem isn't fixed. I'll keep using Sila and plan to renew my annual service contract again this year."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. He also did a great job replacing some vinyl siding that had come off of the house in a storm, and went the extra mile to better fasten it to the house so it would not come off again. "The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated.
