My location makes even the simplest task complicated but these guys were not intimidated. Working around the complexities was no trouble at all. "I had my 1960s paneled and drop ceiling basement room remodeled. I cannot tell you how pleased I am at the upgrade. Along the way Gary answered many emails and calls in a timely manner, usually within the hour. He gave me updates of when certain parts of the project would be worked on and made suggests on things that I hadn’t thought about ( like replacing the drafty original windows while construction was happening). He picked out doors and ceiling fans that were perfect since I am not good at decorating. Because GJP has all their own contractors there was no wait time between the remodeling of the walls and the electrical work that needed to be done. All the workers were do polite and diligent and cleaned up the area. I cannot put into words how wonderful the whole process has been and have already given references to friends."

He stands by his work and in fact guarantees it. I have needed mior repairs to such things as painting or cabinetry over the years which he has done and continues to do without additional charge. You can be certain that the work will ultimately be done to your satisfaction and to specifications. "We had a terrible experience with another contractor who had left us high and dry and with a massive sanitation and safety hazard on our hands. Paul and his team were able to swiftly come in and address all problems as well as highlight design/layout choices made by the previous contractors that simply didn't make sense. They repaired items that had been damaged by the previous crew, swiftly got the remodel completed, and did so all while acting in a professional and courteous manner. The price was fair for the work and both Paul and his foreman checked in repeatedly over the next few weeks after completion of the remodel to ensure that everything was still in good condition, that we were still happy with the work, and to ensure there was nothing that we failed to think of or get addressed during the project. We would absolutely hire Paul and his crew for subsequent work in the future."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "Guy and his team were amazing and professional. Guy was able to recommend solutions to resolve ongoing water problems in the basement, completed the install and finished the basement. It has added significant square footage and value to our home. Additionally, he completely remodeled the kitchen and was able to suggest small but important finishing details the really brought the project together. The kitchen is transformed and is a gathering spot for the whole family. Guy has also helped us out with smaller odds and ends including installing new outlets and breakers, repairing drywall, and smaller paint jobs. I would recommend Guy and his team over and over again!"

"Jed came out to review the scope of the master bathroom renovation and was able to schedule the start within a couple weeks, while other contractors said it would be months before they could schedule the job. He also came out to review the job often after his crew started to ensure that it was on tract and to his and my standards and that I was happy. He was quick to answer my questions and make sure that I was informed of the progress and when there were schedule conflicts. His crew was personable and didnâ t mind my dog overseeing the project!!"
