"Estimator was out a few days after I contacted them.  Very prompt.  Clear design plan and bid.  Work was preformed on time, withing constraints caused by weather.  Had a few plants that did not survive the winter and they were replace promptly and without any argument.  Workers were polite and careful.  Cleaned up after they were done.

"Mr Nice Guy was about 2 months our on doing the house, which was fine; however, I was notified they were able to get the power washing done within a couple of weeks and begin the house within a month. The deck came first, which was delayed due to the high temps.  Their deck guy came out on a cloudy Saturday and complete the deck staining in one day.  The house was completed a couple of weeks later.

"Mike Schmidt and his crew were awesome to work with and they did a wonderful job making my kitchen ideas come to life. My house was built in 1953 and has never had any updating to speak of in the kitchen. When Mike came to my house to give me a bid, he was such an upbeat, positive person. He listened to all my ideas and always made me feel like my ideas had value. When they encountered hurdles, because my house is old, they would discuss the challenge with me in full, and brainstorm ideas with me of how to still make my ideas happen-in a way that would work. "We recently had Marathon Services replace shake shingles on our roof with asphalt shingles. Paul Stoural, the owner, helped us out with the insurance company and proved to them that we had enough hail damage that the roof needed replacing. Paul kept us informed through the whole process and started the work when he promised. The crew was efficient and did their best to keep from damaging anything. They cleaned up every evening before they left and rolled the yard for stray nails. The roof looks great and we were satisfied with their work. We would recommend Marathon Services to anyone."
