"Happy with service and Tankless water heater.."

"He replaced a valve in the bathtub so I could once again take a bath. He stopped a link in the bath sink and went out looking for a replacement faucet. I had to order the faucet, so he came back in a few days to install the the new faucet. He was very nice and attentive to what I told him. He came when he said he would. I would most certainly call him again for any plumbing failures."

"Got a callback quickly. A plumber was sent out next day project for start to finish only took a few hours. Satisfied with the work, price, and punctuality."

"This company did an excellent job very professional and fast. From response to coming to put the water heater in. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Cheaper than what other companies were charging also."

"Bison got us a quote quickly and then once we accepted got our job permitted with the city and completely quickly. The job passed inspection the first time and the guys cleaned up after themselves. All around great experience. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful experience from the start. They answered on a weekend for a non emergency and were still out the very next morning. They came in diagnosed, and fixed and were in and out. So polite and knowledgeable. Great experience. We had a large OKC AC company that we’ve purchased units from in the past come out and want to do all this extra and quote through the roof. NexGen came out and provided THE solution!"
