"Very pleased with EcoWater Systems. Marcus came out to our house to explain our options based on our water quality. We have very hard water, which we knew, so we didn't qualify for the water softener that was only $1200.00, however, he still had a coupon for several hundred dollars off of another system. We had already shopped for systems and knew this was a fair price. We felt he gave an honest presentation and was not a hard sell or pushed us to up-sell, which we liked. He did offer additional  products and services but when we decided against them, he did not push us. The installation was scheduled two days later (per our schedule, he could have had it next day). The installer, Dave, was very professional. He clearly explained the process prior to the start, cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished, and gave a very good brief explanation of the product and what we would need to do (which turns out to be nothing because their route maintenance is extremely reasonable and we signed up for it). We have only had the system for one day but everything they told us worked just as expected. I saved some water from the tap prior to the install to compare with after the install and the difference was amazing! So far, we can already tell the difference in drinking quality, laundry and showers. The fact that the regeneration water is beneficial to our yard (potassium) is just one more added benefit! I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

Ed is easy to talk with, doesn't BS around, and provides a fair price estimate (lower by far than the other three companies from whom I received quotes). The install team led by Bryan installed the system quickly, and the work was top quality (included diverting the main line to side of house and partially burying the tank). "Choice Home Warranty presents their company as the best home warranty. The sales pitch I received on the phone multiple times and in my countless e-mails that they sent. The information stated that repairs are done at times on the same day. I did purchase the warranty in June 2023. I called for my first service on July 21st. When my washer was draining the water my kitchen sink filled up with the water the washer was draining. I was then told that the job is sent out and we wait 24-48 hours for the response with an appointment. So I waited and followed up with a call to Choice. I was told no one had accepted the job. I received a phone call from Falcon Plumbing asking if I still needed service? I said yes!! The service was scheduled on July 26th. That is 5 days after my request for service. Not the same day not right away 5 days later. The young man that came out was very efficient . He cleared the pipe and asked me to run the washer to see that the water did not back up into the sink again. Problem solved. I did pay the required $75.00 for the service. I am very disappointed that Choice sounded like it was better than other home warranty co. I realize that Choice was not concerned with getting my repair right away. I have had a home warranty on my home since I purchased it 5 years ago. I think they are just like protection plans you purchase on a home appliance. Everyone will explain how you need this so much when they are trying to sell it to you. Hoping you never need to use it...Bad first experience."

"We were worried working with a contractor long distance. We live in Illinois but our condo we wanted remodeled is on Key Largo.  Our worries were alleviated by Eric's diligent monitoring of the work's progress and keeping in frequent contact with us. Eric was able to not only keep us updated but provide us with choices of materials throughout the job. His advice was invaluable as we picked color combinations and various styles. Eric provided us with internet links to look at the materials and compare the different products. Eric even obtained samples and put the samples into photo layouts so we could see how the colors went together. The end result was remarkable! We could not be happier with how our kitchen and baths were transformed. The rental agent who handles our property was so impressed with the results he plans to recommend Project Masters to other owners who are considering remodeling. The price was not the lowest of the estimates we obtained but was fair.  I have always found that you get what you pay for - what we got was a remarkably well done job, unusual attention to detail, and the job was completed on schedule! The last point is especially important because it allowed us to return our unit to the rental pool as quickly as possible. We highly recommend Project Masters and are already planning some additional work with them for our condo.
