He helped us devise a good solution and took the extra effort to ensure the new handrails complimented the existing ones (i.e. similar wood, shape, color, and finish) and met our expectations. His crew was courteous, efficient, paid attention to fine details, and ensured the job site was meticulously cleaned when the job was done. "Poor quality installation: broken boards, huge gaps, cracks, and chips. They don't have any quality control, so you better be prepared to stand up for yourself as a customer. I had to call them back and redo a poor job, TWICE. And they didn't even apologize (were actually very defensive). And there's still stuff that can't be fixed since the installation was so poor the first time around. Mike seemed like a nice guy and he came for the initial estimate, but after that, never saw him again, only the workers came to the house, and the whole thing went down hill. If I were to do it again I'd go somewhere else and save my time and energy."
