"From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. "Chris was personable and got the job done timely however... - heard him yelling/scorning an employee in a quite over the top manner - someone broke a light fixture on the stairs and instead of repairing or at least informing us they left it to the side - without telling us, turned off the power to the basement which also included a socket with a carbon monoxide detector attached so at 3am we had it beeping with a low battery - threw out all of their garbage from the job in our personal trash barrel, filling it up to the brim so with 5 days until the next trash pickup we couldn?t put any of our trash in our own barrel"
