"Mr. Eric Castillo from E.C. Plumbing replace exiting Rheem tankless water heater, with a new Rinnai tankless water heater, I provided the water heater, and Mr. Castillo did the installation. Old Rheem tankless unit was removed and the Rinnai tankless was installed, a new condensation line was run, and I had a new Rinnai descaling filter installed at this time. I would highly recommend E.C. Plumbing, and I would hire Mr. Castillo again."

"David sold this water heater replacement job to me with his knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and accuracy of what to expect. Jose is a fantastic installer. After he finished, he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know to operate the water heater. I did get cheaper bids but for the money I spent this group was the right call for me. "They took out my old shower and installed a new one. They came out quickly and installed the shower kit and door within 5 days, despite heavy rains that week. Customer service was great. They were professional and came out again when we asked to adjust the shower water temp to get hotter. Even though they had to add additional framing for the shower door, they only charged my for whatever was quoted in the beginning. Overall, I was very satisfied and would work with them again."
