"They told us "Our dispatch fee to come out is $39 and we waive that towards any work or repairs, including diagnostics." The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

When LR came in from day one, Cristina, was very helpful and patient with the things we wanted and gave us some good ideas as well. She explained we would also be hearing from Jeremiah, who heads up the installers. He came by, went over everything again, measured and let us know what the next step was. Kiki then emailed me to be our contact on setting up the start date and letting us know where we were with all our materials. We were set up to get the kitchen done while we were on vacation.
