Tony arrived on the day and the time that we agreed upon , he gave me options on how to fix the repairs , we decided to replace the trim on the door frame where my puppy had chewed on it , Tony went to Home Depot and got what he needed and came right back and got to work. We also replaced the shoe molding where my puppy had chewed on that as well , Tony did an exceptional job, I am very pleased. I have asked Tony to give me a quote on converting my Bathtub/ shower combo into a low threshold walk-in shower. I would’ve gave Tony 10 stars if that had been an option.👍"

"Matt did an absolutely phenomenal job on a tough project - building stairs to a super high loft and built-in desk with very little real estate to get all the way up. I showed him an inspiration image from AI and he made it into a reality. It could not have turned out better and definitely adds value to the room and home. We also hired him for general handyman work replacing door locks, light fixtures/fans, and minor plumbing. Completely trustworthy as we were not at the house much of the time he was working - would definitely hire again!"

If I could go back in time, I would have chosen HDez Gabinets. Home Depot Home Services are also lackluster. "The project went very smooth, the contractor was always prompt, showed a great work ethic, what pleasantly responsive to questions about the work being done. The personnel with Built Different was always personable and respectful which made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. They showed up did their work communicated as need. The contractor went above and beyond coordinating with other contractors providing access to the property when I could not be available and receptive to add on request. Most impressively the project was finished within the agreed upon time. I will definitely use them in the future as needs arrive."

"I have been battling water intrusion through windows for nearly two years. I have been through two other contractors who had various strategies but could not resolve the issues. Nico and his team but a systematic plan in place of water testing and working on one window at a time. The found the water source of each window leak. Some of the scalloped siding was incorrectly overlapping. They identified the defective siding, sometimes it was way away from the actual leaking window and replaced it. At every step they showed me exactly what was happening and how they would fix it - and they did. Nico and his guys are great. They are professional, thorough and most importantly honest. Oh, and Kristina is one of the most responsive and organized people I have worked with. She is a great point of contact."
