"We had an appointment with this company to repair our toilet and during the consultation he recommended to replace the toilet. It was due to the age and the cost of parts would be far greater then a brand new toilet. Well...we thought we knew better. We invited another company and they told us they could fix it for way more then RPX with no mention of a replacement toilet. By end of he week Rooter Pro Xpress was at our house with a new toilet ready for installation. Best decision ever."

"Joshua, did a great job, and he was on time. he was professional. I do have a complaint. Joshua, had to cut a hole in the wall. I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling."

"Scott, Tanner, and Dustin of PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER were simply outstanding. They arrived to the job precisely on time and ready to work. Everyone was professional, easy-going, and friendly. I had three different plumbing projects, two of them major. At every step, they explained what was going on. I could see the work being done with exacting care and each step was laid out so I could understand what they were doing and why. They completely fixed a major water leak and replumbed the pipes in the basement ceiling to perfection. Beautiful work. All overhead. In an hour. They worked quickly but with great care as they knocked out the next issue. A major foundation leak. Fixed. Pressure tested. Not a drop anywhere. They spent the rest of the day replacing a sewer main. Their work was again done with great care. Friendly, but no fooling around. They fixed every problem in a single day. Skill, knowledge, and caring together are a powerful combination. I have used three other local plumbers before and was not pleased. I am happy to give PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER my top rating.
