"Part took longer than expected to arrive, while that cant be helped sometimes and is understandable we still have a broken dryer after tech replaced sensors. So either the diagnosis was wrong or further troubleshooting was needed. Would like a refund as we have no option other than buying a new washer and dryer set."

All jobs begin with an initial meet up to see what I'm working with, then I will take the information and draw up a formal proposal showing what would be included in my services, the price, and any other detail pertaining to the job. Once hired, I will schedule your job and upon day of completion payment will be required.
