One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. "Bruno and his team was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on daily and sometimes twice daily. He gave me all the options that I needed with, not too many to overwhelm me. His suggestions were great and ended up being exactly what I was looking for. He worked with me on kitchen styles, cabinet colors, and cabinet styles. He did a wonderful job on our floors as well as we had these not so nice looking hardwood floors. He had them completely sanded and satin finished and they are beautiful. He definitely knows his stuff. His team were very great workers. They made sure to clean up after themselves daily and take out any trash as well as limit noise for my neighbors. I have to say I’m not the easiest to deal with, but Bruno was ideal for what I needed and was able to put point me in the right direction and get things accomplished timely.
