"I thought the on the whole went excellent. The workers were extremely efficient and professional, and the quality of the work done was absolutely top notch. The work took 2 days for completion. 90% of the work was done on Day 1. Day 2 consisted of building a concrete porch/ramp for my side unit apt. As far as pricing goes, I would say their pricing was good. I had gotten a few other quotes, and Mezzacappa's pricing was slightly lower. Now I'm sure if I went bargain hunting I could have found someone cheaper. However I wasn't looking for cheap, I was looking for value. Quality work at a fair price done quickly. That's exactly what I feel I got. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future."

"Carlos and his team is AMAZING!!! I will ABSOLUTELY recommend him for anyone who needs a good contractor for renovation project! He is not only a great GC professionally, but also a good friend with valuable advice / feedback! For context, we were doing a major and complicated renovation, involving complete demolition, space extension, story addition, building out deck, and complete gut renovation inside. Carlos is obviously very capable of major job involving structural changes as well as smaller projects. He also proved to be capable, reliable, patient, and trustworthy. This is especially important and helpful as neither my husband nor myself were able to stay on site to provide guidance / supervision. He and the team worked very hard and completed the work beyond our satisfaction. He always accommodated our schedule to discuss next steps / follow up on weekends. He went above and beyond, and gave his heart to our project! He provided thoughtful ideas to improve our renovation and helped us save costs. We loved his ideas and ended up using a lot of his ideas! We were very appreciative of his feedback. Moreover, he always came up with good and creative solutions to resolve issues. "After deciding on revamping the perimeter of our home, we called in five different landscaping companies to come and assess and quote the job.  Tim was one of the five, and after he left my husband and I had the same feeling - this is our guy.  Tim and his crew were worth waiting for.  He was in the middle of a large job before he started ours, and he was in constant contact with us about a start date.  Once we had that nailed down, they started the work  - and we are now complete.  It looks like a new property!  Although he did have to have other folks come in for the driveway and fencing, he brought in all - stars!  He was always in contact with us for their ETA, and delays if need be.   <br /> All of my neighbors were also impressed, not just with the quality of the work - but the fact that Tim & Crew and clean, neat and respectful of where they are working.  We never came home to anything other than the demolition that we were having done.  If there was a sign advertising the company that was working on the property - I am sure TPC would have been answering calls from the neighborhood.   <br /> Tim and his guys are a class act, and I'd be happy to bring them back for any future projects!  Thanks Tim!!! <br />"

"Matthew, owner of Ayers Construction, was very professional as well as personable.   <br /> We are owners of new construction and sad to say, our builder did not do a great job.  Given all the problems we've discovered since recently moving in (and after being stood up 4 times by other contractors), Matthew was indeed a "breath of fresh air"!! <br /> He went out of his way to make sure that our needs were taken care of and even pointed out things that needed repair that we didn't even realize.  As an example, one of our kitchen drawers was not shutting properly causing damage to the side of the drawer. Once he repaired it, he checked all the other drawers and discovered several others were not aligned correctly as well. Had he not taken the initiative to check, we would have eventually had the same issue.  Throughout the house we found that our tiled floors were not fully grouted, paint job was unprofessional, doors were coming off the hinges - too many things to list.  There was not enough time to get all the repairs completed.
