"We called, interviewed and reached out to over 25 builders when starting to plan our ground-up build in Old Mount Pleasant. After meeting with several, Chris and Rusty gave us the best price (and were also the most personable). This is our second build so we knew the ropes but I wasn't prepared for the level of communication, keeping us on task and overall organization from Blue Horizon. They did an excellent job telling us when we were going over budget, reminding me of when things needed to be chosen (we didn't hire any outside help or a designer), and generally keeping the project on time. Chris gave his honest opinion and was very forthcoming with all information. I'm happy to say we love the result of our home and made two new friends in the process."

"We were so impressed by Claudio and his whole crew. It was a major renovation on a 2500 sq ft vacation home with an estimated 4 months to complete but we actually moved back in just after 3 months. He was always available to talk and offered great advice on what needed to be done and ways to save where possible. It was our first experience with a contractor and could not have been happier. Highly recommended!"

"Carson is a wonderful carpenter and very professional. He's careful and exacting in his work, and always kept me informed on the schedule. Once he started the job he worked until it was done which I really appreciate. He also had great ideas and was adaptable to my plans. I highly recommend him for any project."

"Freeman Repair and Remodel was very professional from start to finish. From the initial consultation wherein we discussed and finalized an overall design/construction plan to the final execution, Derek and his team came every morning and worked all day until the project was complete. I would hire them again in an instant!"

"Was easy to hire, showed up on time, work completed and professional and timely manner. Would absolutely use them again for any additional fixes needed."

"They added an in-law space, bedroom, full bathroom, large closet and laundry closet, and tied it into an existing bedroom to be used as a sitting room. Start to finish, pour foundation, siding, windows, roofing, HVAC, flooring, painting. Very easy to communicate, very willing to work with your needs/concerns. They definitely know the business. Fair pricing, easy billing and payment. No hassles. After that addition was finished, I hired them to do an upgrade in the kitchen. Definitely recommend and would use them again."

"Commonwealth Contracting did a renovation on our bathroom that had water damage to a floor and completely did the renovation. Extraordinary service like none that I have ever experienced.
