They were -- on time, quick, always followed COVID protocol and left the work site supper clean. Replacing a split AC system is not a trivial task. For a process that is large/complex/physically demanding Hector and his team, just got started and ground through the process like professionals (that they are). I was particularly impressed by the check list or run-down Hector did at the end each day with his team. I felt extremely comfortable and confident with both James and Hector through the entire process.
