"The picture on my approximately 15 year-old Panasonic projection tv went haywire. From reading the manual, I deduced that the problem was the convergence. Colors were spread out, faded or lost, and the picture blurry. Frank responded quickly and made an appointment for the next day. He said I needed two convergence IC's. He kept me informed when a tool he needed to install the IC's was not readily available so that he needed to delay the next visit by one day. On both visits he called to let me know that he was on his way. He was reliable and true to his word. All went well and I would use his services again."

"Jim's work was awesome, but we needed follow up work due to Comcast issues and I guess the requests were too small.  He never would get back to us. Very nice guy and knows his stuff - just wished we could have continued to use him.  I don't want to ding him, but just make sure when you hire him he commits to providing future service - especially if you are a Comcast customer! The C rating is right in the middle because that is how the business is  - price and quality are A, but follow up and customer service is F.
