They did everything they said they could do, and when the job got a little harder than they expected, they stayed late into the night (on a Friday!) to make sure the drain was back in service. No talk of changing the estimate or raising the price — they stuck right to the original bid. They were polite, friendly, and had great attitudes about their work. I hope we never need a plumbing repair like that again, but if we do, Finn-Tastic will be our FIRST call."

"Service Squad Plumbing, specifically Jakeob and Nathan are rockstars. This was a big job at a single-family home on a slab that needed the cast iron pipes replaced under the slab. From day one, Jakeob did a great job giving the initial assessment and explaining the options that were available for the circumstances. The great communication continued throughout the process while the work was being done. The job was completed within the estimated time frame that was initially given. There were so many days of rain during this project, it was a constant battle against the rain entering the tunnels under the slab, the steamy sauna feeling of the air when the sun would come out and the swarm of mosquitoes that apparently also enjoyed the tunnels."

Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground.
