The only question I have is should I have been eligible for an Angies list 5% discount?  Since this was an "emergency response", the answer is probably no.  If that is the case, I am satisfied.

(a $75 fix at Lowes) as opposed to a costly repair.  The $100 service call was educational and should hopefully remedy the problem.
