I had no idea what to expect, but expected the worst. Earlier, I had a Big Name plumbing company come, they supposedly 'snaked' the tub drain, but within a minute was telling me the drain pipe was corroded, that it was completely blocked, and we would need to replace the pipe and it would be thousands. He came in, looked at the situation, and confidently said "I'll have that unclogged for you" - the stress lifted from our shoulders.
