"South Eastern Carpentry did a great job replacing my 12' x 22' PT deck with a 14' x 22' Azek deck and Timbertech Radiance Rail. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. They were on time, kept the job site clean and there were no surprises, no cost overruns. The Azek decking with Timberteck railings provided a great finished product and the frame construction is extremely well done. See the attached photos. I had interviewed 8 contractors for this project. There where lower priced contractors and higher priced contractors. During my conversations with the lower priced contractors it was clear that some of them where proposing work that didn't meet the current building code, they were using inferior material or otherwise cutting corners. Hiring any of the lower priced contractors would have meant there would have been cost overruns when the building department required modifications to the project or they were not going to apply for building permits (some said they were not applying for permits)."
