The problem is always the same, a leak in the line they installed. Instead of fixing the leak, they refill the refrigerant every time and charge me a few hundred dollars. Every time I have helpfully told them about the continuing leak issue, but they don't listen. Now that the heat pump is out of warranty they are recommending a $3000 repair of the problem they should have fixed three years ago."

I cannot say enough good things about how seamless and simple project sizing and scheduling was with him; especially when compared to the plumbers we've worked with in the past. Prices were more than fair. Work well executed. Work site left clean. Payment simple. Just the necessities in sizing and estimating, no back and forth with a back office. Absolutely will be working with K&D again. And in fact, already have for a furnace tune-up before winter arrives!"
