"Smoothly. Chris and Dale were the technicians performing the work starting at 0830. They called at 0810 and said they were stuck in traffic and would be delayed. They still arrived on time and ready to work. I showed them where the item that was to be installed was located and explained to them the problems I was having with the light switches in the kitchen were not working properly. In short order they identified the problem with the switches and replaced the improperly used switches in no time and the switches were working properly again. With the ceiling fan in the kitchen they removed the old fan and placed the old parts in a box, installed and tested the new ceiling fan taking great care to ensure that everything was working and installed properly.
