"Russo's did service my pool last year, and all went well, but when they came this year, they refused due to type of pool we have. Same as last year, so I called and requested service, they refused and were cursing to me. I am very disappointed and please watch for mean female manager. I did buy from them for years, but this time my business goes elsewhere."

"There was a terrible storm overnight and my pool and spa looked horrific my pool was green and had a bunch of leaves and branches in it, I was hosting a big party for an engagement celebration the next day, so I was very stressed out, I had called other pool companies and received no response, when I reached out to Marco, he responded right away, was very empathetic to the urgency of my situation and he was able to come first thing in the morning and he made my pool look amazing!
