"Modernized Exteriors seem to have built a decent deck for a decent price but in a somewhat sloppy and dishonest way. First, they left hundreds of pieces of debris including over 100 nails, screws, and other fasteners, and hundreds of pieces of the old deck lying around, including some pieces over six feet long, many with embedded nails sticking out. For months, nearly every time my daughters went out to play they came back with a handful of nails and screws. Second, the old deck had a notch through which the gutter downspout passed to reach the drain in the ground. Instead of cutting a notch for the downspout, they just tossed it behind a bush allowing the gutter to empty directly onto the deck. They promised a 12-month warranty, saying they'd come out to correct any defects. When I mentioned the disconnected gutter they initially said they'd fix it, but then ignored my follow-up messages when I asked them to actually do it. So they may not honor their promises."

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."
