"The Brunnell Construction Team were an absolute godsend when I really needed help. I needed what was a near gut job done within 2 months and they made it happen for me. They were impeccable with their word, expectations, and effort to understand what my goals and needs were. Construction and big projects are not my forté, so to be able to work so fluidly with them helped allay any concerns to finish on time. This was despite setbacks which required a plumbing contractor to delay our efforts. I owe them a debt of gratitude that is impossible to repay, and so thankful that an otherwise stressful time has left me with a beautiful home and newfound friends."

"This is the second time I've hired Swartz and with my first experience, they did a fantastic job. They were responsive, professional, respectful, and curtious. The attention to detail was remarkable.
The most significant aspect of the job was the painting. We had 4 bedrooms, a hallway, 7 interior doors, 4 closet doors, a stairway and an entryway repainted. Swartz spent a good two weeks sanding, pathching nail holes, patching staple marks (the stairs had been previously carpeted and were riddled with staple holes), and prepping the walls. The prep work is always the most difficult part of painting and Swartz didn't cut any corners. I've hired other painters in the past and not one spent as much time prepping/fixing then Swartz.  The finished product is fantastic! The walls, the doors, the trim, the STAIRS look amazing.
In the 3 plus weeks, they were in our home; they were always on time, cleaned up their supplies every day, vaccuumed their mess and were very polite.

"I first contacted the company because a tree limb destroyed part of a gutter that needed to be replaced. The gutters in general, however, were failing to hold back gushing water during storms. In talking to the technician and looking at the roof, I learned that my gutters were most likely too small for the roof surface area and some of the gutters on the second story were definitely off kilter. Dillon gave me an estimate for gutter replacement that seemed reasonable on site and suggested I opt for the black gutters which look really cool. I would never have thought of that color on my own. All of my interactions with the company were good- they were polite upon initial contact, called when they were going to come late, actually showed up in person for the appointment, which for me is very important, and took the time to answer my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner."

"I came home from work at 815 a.m., found Jake and his crew already cutting limbs off of the Maple tree. Took them five hours to remove several mature pine and maple trees. I went to sleep, but my next door Neighbor said I like the way your tree trimmers work, so I hired them. She is having her tree cut down this weekend, since Jake will be here already I am going to have one more mature pine tree cut down. Note:. I was at work when I gave this review, phones not allowed in facility, sorry no pics. But picture three stumps, no mess, debris or nothing and wood was stacked. Several family members came to retrieve the wood and pleasantly surprised that the wood was all stacked neatly by our fence. I am so very glad I called them."
