Another win for me!! He went right to work..kid was great (I'm 62) He said the thermostat i had just replaced was fine...the prob was the heating zones He was in the cellar for about 20 mins...came upstairs..said he fixed the problem..heat restored !! Hooray! I was ready to give this company my highest rating!! Then came the bill....mind you my uncle is alone in a big house...needed it done asap couldn't wait to monday The kid was still great..told me the bill was 1058.00 for 20mins work ...I was expecting a big bill...cuz it was Sunday ..but too much!!"

Despite being new, the system malfunctioned four times within less than six months ? on December 4, December 6, December 17, 2025, and again on February 14, 2026. Why would a brand-new $15,000 heating system fail four times in less than six months? Each time I called the company, the response was slow.
