"Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. In addition to pictures that were taken of my actual roof before I decided to use their services, unlike the other two companies that I considered, Betho was the only company that did not ask about my marital status! Luis, the owner, was professional and focused only on delivering quality service for a long-lasting roof. I chose them also because they used Owens Corning shingles, which gave me peace of mind and comfort. The crew arrived on time and worked expeditiously for over a day and a half until the job was done. They also cleaned up all nails and materials when they finished their work. Because I was beginning to have a problem with bats and flying squirrels, I then had Betho Construction come back and install galvanized steel ridge protectors on my roof to keep the animals out! That project was done in a professional manner and was completed in half a day. I would use Betho Construction at any time based on the two jobs they have now done for me. "While insulating, foam sprayed through cracks into our bedroom and closets, destroying some bed linens and clothing. Their truck left before the insulation spaces were full, but they closed up the roof. It doesn?t meet building code. Our roof is featured on the Muto website, but not the scratches in the protective coating meant to ensure roof longevity. The scratches were made by a crew installing the ridge boards and chimney flashing. Their most experienced roofer said this was his first time installing metal chimney flashing. We called Muto 3 months ago and Jasen sent a drone over the house and said he?d ask the manufacturer and get back to us. We?ve sent two reminders, but we have heard nothing. We should have realized their inexperience at the outset when they couldn?t provide photos of completed metal roofs. We cannot recommend them for metal roofs or insulation."
