"The service was $1400 to install a sink, quite pricey, but they were quick to get the job done. They came out same day, and one rep was there for 3 hrs (we supplied the parts). Wanted to use again, but had them quote another job that was so outrageous ($600 to replace a toilet (labor only), $2500 to rebuild a sink - that is $400 to purchase new)... I have the impression that he thought he could take advantage of a female owner (when I mentioned I have had a lot of plumbing work done, and the quote was very high, he called back and said he could do it for less... he "misquoted") To top it off they cashed our check that was sent, and also took a phone payment (we are having to dispute with the bank now, even though the check was made out to PLUMBING NERDS - they claim someone else must have cashed it) A great first transaction turned into an unfortunate one :("

Within minutes, she had located the piece of drywall that needed to be taken down to reach the leak. Within an hour, the leaking pipe was replaced and I was able to turn the water on to the house again. This was on a Sunday afternoon. She arrived within 2 hours of my calling in the problem and was done in an hour.  <br /> The cost was very reasonable. She explained what she was doing as she went and told me what needed to be done in the future and gave me an estimate for that work on the spot.
