"D&D was recommended by a friend and I have to say I would definitely use them for appliance service again. Dan was great. I had an issue with my washing machine making a scraping noise and after about 5 minutes Dan had figured out what the issue was. It involved him taking the machine apart but had it fixed and back together in 30 minutes! Very happy to have my washing machine working like new. Thanks Dan!"

"Fitted me into his schedule and gave a good price with no appt. fee like others wanted. Removed and replaced broken kitchen disposal with one I purchased at Home Depot. Also, noticed a leaking faucet hose and replaced the faucet set. Very satisfied with the work of Kenny Lanza of Great Lights. On completion of job all debris removed from the house. Would highly recommend this man and his company. will not hesitate to have him do more work in the future."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
