"I Deeply appreciate Doug responding to my complicated gutter repair problem left the unfinished by former roofer contractor. Doug assessed the problem and made the necessary repairs which took more than one visit. He willingly returned to tweak additional issues at no extra cost. I definitely recommend Doug and the work he does. BJM"

"I couldn’t be any happier with the work done by Endor Group Inc and would highly recommend them. Dane is everything you could possibly hope for in a contractor: 1. He is honest. If he wasn’t 100% confident that he could complete the task, he has expert resources he could reach out to or sub contract through to make sure that job is done right. 2. He has all the right tools to complete the job and do it neatly. 3. He is very meticulous. I thought I was OCD, but everything Dane did was done perfectly, and if anything needed fixed he would do whatever he had to in order to get it done right. 4. He is punctual. This is probably the biggest one for me. It was such a relief to work with Dane because his communication was impeccable. He actually showed up when he said he would, but if something changes he will let you know as far in advance as he can. I can’t thank Dane and Endor Group enough for helping my wife and I turn this into the house we’ve always dreamed of!"

"I couldn’t be happier with the garage remodel this contractor did for me. From the first conversation, they were friendly, honest, and really listened to what I wanted. Throughout the whole project, they kept me updated, showed up when they said they would, and treated my home with care. The finished garage is better than I imagined; clean, organized, and truly transformed. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work, and it really shows. I’ve already told friends and family about them, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust."

"Over the past 14 years, Dan has remolded our kitchen, 3 bathrooms, outside repair to garage, and recently updated our stairs that included installing hardwood. His work is exemplar and professional customer service is excellent. We are very pleased with his service and work and would never consider hiring anyone else for our home construction needs!"

"<p>I found this contractor on Angie's list and left an email on 10/21.  Been trying to fix this leak for a couple of years and unable to stop it so wanted a professional contractor to fix it this time.  Got a phone message that evening saying he would call me in the morning...and he did!</p> <p>Came out that very afternoon to meet me at the house, and tested with a hose to try to replicate the leak. Of course it didn't leak while he was here, but I did find water later that evening. He quoted me $300 and proposed the following fix and I agreed.  </p> <p>Sent a crew out Friday to tear out the trim to check the siding and construction done by the builder above the door.  They did find where water was getting in around the ends of the drip edge where it had not been properly taped and sealed by the builder.  They tore off the trim above and on either side of the door and taped and sealed the edges of the drip edge and down the sides so water won't get in.  Reassembled the whole thing, filled the screw holes and you'd never know it had been taken apart. I will certainly call William F McMahon the next time I need a good contractor.</p> <br />"

"We had them install the backsplash which was the final part of our kitchen remodel. The final product came out great. However, we were not happy with how they left the project. I came home after work on Friday to a very messy kitchen with dried grout all over the counter tops, and specs of grout on our appliances, the floor, and on the brand new cabinets. I spent over an hour on Friday having to clean the entire kitchen. There were also boot marks on the floor. I took pics and sent them to the Owner. I told them we liked how the tiles looked but that the kitchen was a mess and the installer left the house without informing my husband, who was working at home, they he was leaving. If my husband had seen the kitchen before the installer left you certainly would have mentioned something. I told the office manager how the kitchen was left and that we would take $100 off the final invoice due to the mess and labor we had to put into cleaning. They also left the trash bags on the front lawn instead of putting them at the end of the driveway which every contractor does. Here the response is that if we had contacted them they would have sent the installer back to clean up. I should not have to tell them to clean-up. As an Architect, I have seen lots of works site to review completed projects and this was one of the worst clean-up jobs I have seen. Any contractor I would have worked with on a commercial project would have been embarrassed to show a project in this state at completion. I planned on using them for future work but will not and will not recommend them. If you do use them make sure you keep an eye on them at the end of the project."

"Due to high winds over the last few months some of my siding had come loose and one piece had fallen off. Mr. Gray had done small repairs for me in the past so I left a message for him Tuesday, he called me back Wednesday after he had driven by my house to take a look, quoted me an agreeable price and told me he'd could do it Friday morning. I got home that Friday afternoon and the job was done, he left me the bill and everything looked good. If you want fast, no nonsense work, Mr. Gray is an excellent choice."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in North-greece, NY

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
