"Mark did a great job in repairing and then upgrading my security system. Highly recommend his company."

"Pleased with alarm system that we are receiving from ADT Security Services. They have been around the longest and it shows in their service. You still get the blue ADT stop sign to put by your front door to show that you have an alarm system to stifle potential intruders."

"I switched from another company to Security One, they use the same equipment. They had to come out and recode everything. I simply switched because of the financial benefit. I have only had them for a few months, and I haven't had any problems with them. They save me some money every month.  When my alarm went off, they did call me."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Steve was able to come out on the day that we called; was prompt, professional and was able to diagnose and repair our legacy Ademco alarm system in relatively short order. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended."

"We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning! We found many online providers that offered an "instant background check" service, but were hesitant to give his SS# to just anyone, so we came to Angie's List to see if any trusted providers were listed here. Upon finding CSI Secure Solutions, I called them directly, and Chris himself (the owner) answered the phone. He personally committed to get it done, and he worked with me directly to get exactly what I needed within the time frame required. He made a stressful situation very seamless and simple, and I recommend him extremely highly!"

"Chris is great, very friendly & accommodating, knowledgeable about the system features & protocols and helped us find the right system for our needs. Happy to recommend!"

"It took them two days buy they got the job done. They problem with the company were the repair people, even though they had problems. They did come through for me. So, I'm happy about that."

"Protect America Alarm Systems are wireless home security systems that are so advanced and yet uncomplicated that the consumer can install all components to the system themselves. Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. ( I accidentally set it off a couple times having forgotten that it was set when we left home). I've had a couple different systems in my homes over the years which were "professionally" installed; one was wired the other wireless. I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install. Every access to my home has been covered as well as some interior sensors. All of which have functioned flawlessly from day one!
