"Green Valley came to my rescue again! We had a leak in the house and we were not sure where it was coming from. I called Green Valley, who installed our roof 7 years ago, to see if that was the problem. They sent out a two guys (that day!) to inspect the inside and outside of the roof. They ended up finding that there was an issue with the chimney that was causing the leak and not the roof. Not only did they not charge me for the visit but they gave me a on the spot estimate to resolve the issue. They have always been great from the installation of our roof, as well as an estimate on our window replacement. They are all about customer service and it shows!!!!"

Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
