Get matched with top chimney cap installers and replacers in North-lake, WI

"We first had our chimney repaired by Pratt this past summer. We couldn’t have been happier with the quality of the work that was done. Andrew did a phenomenal job with repairing the brick on our chimney as well as the flute. We were so pleased with the overall job that we had them install a gas fireplace insert. Everyone involved were so professional and knowledgeable. Angie helped us along the way to pick out the product we were happy with. AJ came out and explained the entire process and supplied us with a very fair quote for the job, and our installers, Dan and Jacob, who did an unbelievable job installing our unit. They were very respectful of our property and made sure to cover all the areas they were working around and cleaned up along the way. They also were very knowledgeable about the unit and explained everything to us before leaving. I would definitely recommend Pratt for all of your chimney maintenance needs."

"It went great, and we hired them to perform additional maintenance for our chimney as well as others in our building. Everyone was very pleased with the service, warranty, and price.

"He is top notch! He does a lot of service for my business and he is wonderful! He has probably done more than $17,000 worth of work for us. He's always on time, he is never late. He does a high quality job and I highly recommend him. He's very clean with his work, as well! And, his prices are very competitive!"

"It was great - they were quick and thorough. They even found a bit of flashing that was loose and repaired it.
Followed up with an estimate to replace our roof.
We would definitely use them in the future - I had my eyes out for the same deal from them this year!!

"The job went very well. The repair blends very well with the existing bricks and the chimney looks great! Bruce is a great guy and was punctual and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing quality chimney repair."

"Very well! They worked very hard to get the job done before the weather turned and worked diligently until it was finished. The work was done well and I am very pleased!"

"They were friendly and upfront about what they could do in the 4 hours.  I had some mortar that was starting to fail around the service door to my garage, and they removed the failed masonry and replaced it (even matching the original bricks).
They offered to stay for a bit longer and provide some extra work for an even $200.  I was very happy with the results.

"I think his quote was high that is why I did not pursue any further than that. They did not come out to the house. I talked to about six different guys because I wanted to get a ballpark figure and if they were priced right, I got three guys actually come over and he was one that I don't think I had come over. I received a quote about $1000 or  $1500 higher than thee of the other six quotes for the same work. He is the one I believe I just talked to on the phone. He was fine on the phone it was just that his price was high. He called back the next day so I talked to him in the afternoon once I got off of work and I believed he called back the very next day so he responded real quick too. He told me what I wanted to know. He said what kind of roof he was going to use, shingles that was going to be used as well as went over my head and narrowed out what I wanted. He was one that I liked but it just seems that he was priced a little high."

"Charles was very nice, very flexible (came after hours) and very reasonably priced. He fixed two blocks and cleaned up everything very clean when finished and showed pride in his work. I would use him in the future and recommend him to others.
