"When I called and described the problem and the age of the garage door, I was told it might need to be replaced, and a cost estimate was provided. I called late in the afternoon, and the repair was done the next morning. When the service man arrived, he diagnosed the problem as a relatively easy one to fix, and proceeded to do so.
