When I called I let them know I needed someone out as soon as possible and they were able to get someone out the very next day, I even got an email the night before my appointment that came with a picture and name of the tech so I knew who to open the door for, which I feel nowadays is so important. The tech showed up on time and even called me before he was heading over just to make sure I was home. Once arriving he laid down a mat at my front door and put on little shoe covers to keep my floors clean, it was a quick fix because luckily they had the parts already on the van and they quoted a very reasonable price for the repair. I was told I also get a 1 year warranty on the part and labor which I hope I don't have to use, its just comforting to have. I will absolutely use Mr Appliance in the future and will let my friends and family know to call them for all their appliance needs!"

He also painted newly installed trim, doors including closet doors. They ripped up my old carpet and installed new laminate flooring and new baseboard trim on stairs, landing and three bedrooms. Ricardo is a perfectionist and made sure that all work was done to his standards, which are very high. Everyone working for him was respectful and treated my home with care. He kept me informed and always showed up when he said they would. He is a General Contractor that provides quality work for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will be contacting him in the future when I need work done on my house."
