"There was a personnel issue early on, which I know can happen to any company. That was handled quickly, once that was addressed, everything was handled professionally and punctually. Pricing is at the higher end of what we found, but since we had good reviews from several neighbors and friends who had used the company for similar projects, we went with Sun Shield. Build quality is good; the patio covers will make our home more comfortable. The overall ratings I gave reflect the issues with the first team that came out. As I said earlier, once the problem person was removed from the project, all went well and I would have no problem hiring the company again."

"Excellent work. Worked with Tim and distributor for glass panel/frame type. Tim was recommended by Rystin Construction (Henderson NV) -- who I found by looking at door manufacturers and they were listed as a distributor for a few door manufacturers. After discussion with both parties, I could just change out the glass panel vs. the total door. I have 3 more doors with same panel types to be completed. I am very happy with door, having him do more work and will recommend him to others. He also repaired a loose tile in bathroom, was able to reset with grout I had. Overall, very pleased. He is very busy with other jobs, but worth the wait."

"The patio roof had rotted in several places due to water buildup. The prior owner apparently put up the roof himself and it was not level. They removed corrugated steel and rotten plywood and facia board, and installed new materials along with a larger drip edge and seal to stop water from backing up. It was then painted and quite close to the original color. Lawrence and Brandon did a great job, they were neat, picked up, and there was not a single nail or screw left on the ground. I have since had this contractor back to do minor repairs outside and would definitely recommend them."

This was a gift to my parents and they did everything they could to make sure costs were kept low. Very upfront, great with communication, and never aimed to take advantage of someone who isn’t familiar with construction/remodeling. They finished the whole project in less than two days and it looks incredible! I will definitely be hiring them again for any remodeling needs and highly, highly recommend! Cannot say enough wonderful things about them- they are just fantastic!"
