"Remmie was highly professional and helpful. He changed out my 20 year old water heater with a Rheem in record time. In addition he suggested I install an emergency shut off valve for my house which is a huge improvement on what was there. The cost of the project was very reasonable. "The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was impressed & will use this company in the future when I need a plumber."

"No muss, no fuss with Juan. Getting work done at a long distance property can be stressful but in this situation, I could not have asked for better service.
